Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about vending at Haunted in New York.

📅 EVENT DETAILS
When is the event?
August 15, 2026
Where is the event held?
Saratoga City Center
522 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
What are the event hours?
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendors must remain for the full duration.
🚚 LOAD‑IN & SETUP
What time does vendor load‑in begin?
Load‑in begins at 8:30 AM.
What is the setup window?
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM.
Where do I enter for load‑in?
Use the side entrance of the Saratoga City Center, located by the exterior staircase, accessible from the back of the building near the parking area.
What is the unloading procedure?
We follow a strict:
STOP → DROP → UNLOAD → MOVE YOUR CAR
Unload quickly, then move your vehicle before entering the building to set up.
🅿️ PARKING
Where do vendors park?
After unloading, vendors must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area behind or near the City Center.
Event staff will guide you if needed.
🛍️ BOOTH INFORMATION
What is included with my booth?
• Assigned booth space
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) vendor passes
• Access to restrooms
• Event staff support
Are tables included?
Tables are included only if specified in your application.
Can I choose my booth location?
No. Booth assignments are curated and cannot be changed.
Can I share my booth?
Only with prior approval. Unauthorized booth sharing is not permitted.
🔌 ELECTRICITY & DISPLAYS
Is electricity available?
Yes — for vendors who purchased electricity on their application.
Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.
Can I attach items to the walls?
No.
No taping, stapling, gluing, or hanging anything on venue walls.
All signage must be free‑standing.
Are open flames allowed?
No candles, incense, or open flames of any kind.
💰 SALES & PERMISSIONS
What can I sell?
Items must align with the paranormal, metaphysical, spiritual, or artisan theme.
Prohibited items include:
• Weapons
• Illegal substances
• Offensive or discriminatory materials
Do I need a sales tax certificate?
Vendors are responsible for following New York State tax requirements.
Does the event take a percentage of my sales?
No. All sales are yours.
🧹 BREAKDOWN
What time does breakdown begin?
6:00 PM
No early teardown is allowed.
What is the breakdown procedure?
• Pack up completely before retrieving your vehicle
• Remove all trash
• Load out efficiently
• Check out with event staff before leaving
🔒 SAFETY & CONDUCT
Is security provided?
General event staff will be present, but vendors are responsible for their own belongings.
How many people can work my booth?
Each booth is limited to three (3) people.
What if I need help during the event?
Event staff will be available throughout the day.
